This picture was drawn by early beta-reader Kari Stallcop during a particularly boring bit of the 2006 JET conference in Tokyo, to the very great delight of the author, who happened to be sitting next to her at the time. Both women in question were in great need of entertainment. This was a lifesaver. Also, the original is far more awesome than the scan.
